What is Delta 9 THC?
Delta 9 THC is naturally occurring tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) derived from hemp. Hemp is defined by federal law as a cannabis plant containing less than 0.3% of THC by weight.
Otherwise chemically identical to THC derived from cannabis, hemp-derived Delta 9 THC is federally legal.
Is hemp derived Delta 9 THC legal?
Hemp Delta 9 THC derived from industrial hemp was made federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.

What are the effects of THC?
THC derived from cannabis plants or hemp produces an identical intoxicating effect.
As with alcohol, each individual’s experience may differ. The onset (when you start to feel it) is between 15 – 20 minutes; and the offset (when your high begins to fade) is between 1- 2 hours.
If you are new to THC drinks, try starting slowly, so you can judge how THC affects you.
The more THC you drink, the more intoxicated you will become. Just like alcohol, moderation is the key to enjoyment.

What will I feel like, and how quickly will I feel the effects of THC?
The intoxicating effects THC will generally begin in around 15 – 20 minutes, and the full effect in about 30 – 45 minutes. The effects start to taper off after an hour or so.
Beverages containing 5 mg of THC are similar to one shot of alcohol, one beer, or one glass of wine. The more you drink, the more high you will become.
